Your subscription will continue until its expiration or until you notify CareerSpots.com by telephone or electronic mail of your decision to terminate your subscription. CareerSpots.com will notify you as the expiration date of your subscription approaches.

Specific Prohibited Uses

YOU MAY BE ABLE TO ACCESS OTHER INTERNET SITES NOT CREATED BY OWNER OR ITS AFFILIATES THROUGH CAREERSPOTS.COM. THE RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, LEGALITY, PERFORMANCE AND OTHER ASPECTS OF RESOURCES ON INTERNET SITES OTHER THAN THOSE CREATED BY OWNER OR ITS AFFILIATES IS BEYOND OWNER’S CONTROL, AND OWNER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO SUCH SITES. OWNER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ON BEHALF OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED, SOLD OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF CAREERSPOTS.COM, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO SUCH SERVICES OR ITEMS.
You are responsible for all statements made and acts or omissions that occur while your password is being used. You may not use CareerSpots.com for any unlawful purpose. CareerSpots.com may refuse to grant you a user name that impersonates someone else, is protected by trademark or other proprietary right law, or is vulgar or otherwise offensive, as determined by CareerSpots.com in its sole discretion. Owner may discontinue or change CareerSpots.com, or its availability to you, at any time.
This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as if the Agreement was a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal action or proceeding with respect to this Agreement or any matter related thereto may be brought exclusively in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Delaware County. By subscribing to CareerSpots content, you accept generally and unconditionally the jurisdiction of the aforesaid court and irrevocably waive any objection to such jurisdiction. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The Company’s Liability
The website Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Company makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any CareerSpots Site or the Content. The use of CareerSpots Sites and the Content is at your own risk. Changes are periodically made to CareerSpots Sites and may be made at any time.
